The AgileVoice VoIP billing application offers numerous features in the client area that will enhance the quality of your voip service as well as reduce the amount of customer service required by enabling the client to self-administrate numerous activities.
General Billing Features
AgileVoice supports more than 40 payment processors and gateways. A few are Authorize.net, Linkpoint, Verisign, and Cybersource. When using any of these gateways, customers can be billed automatically for their VoIP services so no interaction from the client (or the staff for that matter) is needed for bill payment to complete.
Global Billing Solution
A single AgileVoice implementation can be configured for multiple languages and can accept payment in any currency from any country.
Account Registration and VoIP Service Purchasing
AgileVoice enables your customers to self-register for an account in the client portal. They can select their preferred username, password, and enter their billing and account details.
For postpaid or prepaid SIP or IAX VoIP services, your customer will be able to select their service plan and drill down through the available numbers in your DID pool to select their desired number, and then pay for the service online. They will be sent their billing confirmation and service authentication details via e-mail.
For prepaid ANI or PIN based VoIP service, your customer will be able to select their prepaid type (PIN, ANI, or SIP) and the total charge amount, and make their order and payment in real-time. They will be sent their billing confirmation and service authentication details via e-mail. AgileVoice supports e-mail alerts to the client when their prepaid balance reaches a certain level.

VoIP Service Management
With our Professional version, your client can manage their Voicemail fax, call forwarding, busy call forwarding, remote call forwarding, blacklisted numbers, failover number, and conferencing settings from the client portal.
VoIP Call Details
The client overview page will display the 25 most recent call details for incoming and outgoing calls. See screenshots.
The voicemail management page will allow the user to listen to and manage their Voicemail records. See screenshots.
The fax management page (Professional version only) will allow the user to view (pdf format) or delete their Faxes. See screenshots.
Invoices and Billing
The client can visit the portal at any time to review their invoice and service history, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade their service or add new services, pay outstanding balances, update their account and billing details, subscribe and un-subscribe to your newsletters.
We offer various optional modules to improve the client experience such as modules for managing Tickets, FAQ's, etc.
