You may import your rates tables in CSV (comma separated values) or TAB-delimited format, in to AgileVoice. This feature may be accessed under Admin -> VoIP -> Rates -> Import.
To import your rates, you first select a file to import by pressing the Browse button in step 1. Next, you must specify the format of the file you are importing, in step 2.
Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, you may press the Submit button to proceed.
From the screen shown above, you use the combination of these field mappings to either map a field value from your import file or a constant value you've entered, you build the imported rate table. You may even automatically associate this rate table with a product by selecting a SKU from the very bottom drop-down selector.
To select a field to use from your import file, simply find the field listed in the Field Import Mapping drop-down selectors.
All fields shown on this page directly relate to the fields available during adding and editing rates. The values shown below are the constant values that should be used for fields such as type, direction, combine, and percall. Once you have everything mapped, you may press the Submit button to finalize and perform the import operation.
