General VoIP Settings

Top  Previous  Next

The general VoIP settings may configured under the administrative interface, in VoIP -> VoIP Configuration.

Default Voicemail PIN/Passcode - This is the default passcode assigned to a users newly provisioned account for voicemail access.

Method used for SIP/IAX secret provisioning - This is the method used to generate passwords for SIP/IAX registration with Asterisk or SER.

Amount at which prepaid low balance email notifications are sent - Once an account reaches the threshold defined here, an email will be sent to the customer, informing them that their prepaid balance is low and that they may replenish their account.

Provisioning Authorization Domain - This is the domain name used for SER provisioning. SER requires domain based authentication along with username. Asterisk does not have this requirement.

Number of leading digits to strip from USA DIDs provisioned - Because AgileVoice requires full NANPA style internal number handling, it may be necessary to strip a certain number of digits from provisioned extensions.  This configuration option specifies the number of digits to strip from the beginning of the extension.  (ie: 1 would make 15672568647 become 5672568647)

Number of leading digits to strip from International DIDs provisioned - This works in the same fashion as the above, except for International numbers only.

E911 Plug-in - Selects the E911 Provider plug-in to to use.
