Configuring Payment Processors

To accept payments, you must configure the payment processor(s) that will be presented as payment options to the customers on the checkout page.

 

To do this, go to the AgileVoice admin area, and in the left menu go to Setup -> Checkout Plugins -> List.

 

If you see your payment processor in this list, then you can select it to enable it and enter your account settings.

 

If your payment processor is not in the list, then you can go to Setup -> Checkout Plugins -> Add to add it.

 
 

Checkout Plugin Configuration Field Definitions

Enables / Disables this checkout plugin

Checkout Plugin

The name of the AgileVoice checkout plugin file to use

Processing Mode

Test mode live mode. Live mode processes live transactions, and test mode will either simulate a successful transaction, or display the debug information from the gateway, depending on the checkout plugin selected

Allow One Time Charges

Enables this checkout plugin to be displayed for non-recurring charges

Allow Recurring Charges

Enables this checkout plugin to be displayed for recurring charges (not supported by all 3rd party processors)

Allow Trials

Enables this checkout plugin to be displayed for trial charges

Minimum purchase amount allowed

The minimum order amount this checkout plugin may be used for

Maximum purchase amount allowed

The maximum order amount this checkout plugin may be used for

Maximum failed order attempts allowed

Not implemented

Require one of the following groups to access this checkout option

Select any groups that the user must be authorized for in order to checkout using this plugin

Exclude orders that include any of the following products from accessing this checkout option

Any products selected will make this checkout plugin unavailable if they are in the user's cart

Require Manual Approval of all new Purchases?

Yes, or No to allow automatic approval after payment is received

Require Manual Approval of all Automatically Generated Invoices for Recurring Services?

Yes, or No to allow automatic approval after recurring payment is received

Manual Approval Required for any new Purchase Greater Than

Define the maximum order amount that does not require manual approval, If Manual Approval is set to Yes

Manual Approval Required for Currencies

Define the currencies that require manual approval, If Manual Approval is set to Yes

Manual Approval Required for Countries

Define the countries that require manual approval, If Manual Approval is set to Yes

Manual Approval Required for Groups

Define the user groups that require manual approval, If Manual Approval is set to Yes

Default Checkout Option for Amounts Greater Than

This setting allows AgileVoice to sort the list of available checkout options, so the customer will see your preferred at the top of the list, based on the customer's total order amount

Default Checkout Option for Currencies

This setting allows AgileVoice to sort the list of available checkout options, so the customer will see your preferred at the top of the list, based on the customer's selected currency

Default Checkout Option for Countries

This setting allows AgileVoice to sort the list of available checkout options, so the customer will see your preferred at the top of the list, based on the customer's country

Default Checkout Option for Groups

This setting allows AgileVoice to sort the list of available checkout options, so the customer will see your preferred at the top of the list, based on the customer's user groups

Currencies Supported

Define what currencies are supported by the selected checkout plugin

Special Instructions to E-mail User

Text message that will be sent to the user in the order confirmation e-mail with specific instructions for the selected checkout plugin
