Associate Rates to Products |

When a product is being rated as accountcode based, it is a requirement that the direction be configured as both. This is because there is no concept of direction with accountcodes. A future version of the rating engine will support using the channel and dstchannel as a means for determining the call direction with accountcode based rating.
Once you have rates defined, these rates must be associated with products. If a rate is not associated with a product, it will not be used in rating a customer's CDRs.
Associating rates to Products is under Admin -> VoIP -> Rates -> Product Associations.
Once on the screen shown above, you must select a product SKU that you wish to manage and press the Update Rate Tables button.
From here, you simple select items from the left column, under the heading Available Rates, to add them to the product. Or you may select items from the right column, under the heading Applied Rates, to remove them from the product. You may use the control key to select multiple entries.
Once you have selected the items you wish to add and/or remove, simply press the Update Changes button.
Now, all items shown in the Applied Rates column are associated with the product SKU you've chosen. |
